Insight and acceptance as base for further development.
To create this insight we make use of a development center. Together with the participant we look at strengths and areas of development. This is an interactive process with personality tests, simulations, interviews and a self-evaluation.
During the development center we provide the participant with extensive feedback that can be put into practice immediately. Furthermore, we will assess the potential. Based on the development center we provide a comprehensive and competence-oriented report, with verbal feedback to the employer and to the participant.
The development center also serves as a base for a personal development plan. This plan will then be utilised to put together a possible series of coaching session or for specific training.
